What is a Body Corporate?
A body corporate is a process of sub-division of a property for multi-unit developments which requires a body corporate to manage the common property of the building. Common property may include driveways, paths, stairs, passages, lifts, lobbies, garden areas.
Our Body Corporate Department is based at our Thornbury office and we currently manage over 300 properties. Our objective is to offer our clients a quality, professional and customer-focused service.
